Khojusta Jaghori is the Founder and President of Hazara Youth Journal and an undergraduate student at New York University, where she is pursuing studies in international relations. She is passionate about youth leadership, education, community engagement, and creating opportunities for young people to share their perspectives. Khojusta has led youth-focused initiatives involving project planning, fundraising, communications, and implementation, including the Building Hopes project, which raised funds to provide educational shelter and furnishings for girls attending school in a remote community in Afghanistan. Through Hazara Youth Journal, she seeks to build an inclusive platform where Hazara youth can publish their writing, explore their identity and culture, and engage with issues affecting their communities.
